Wonderful photos Liri - love the ones that show how the same view changes with the light and the weatherimage

Just caught up on ths thread for the first time for ages (stuck in an airport, with a delayed plane image).  Love the Bay of Gardens photos Fidget .....maybe a stopover next time we head downunder.  And Great atmospheric views from Scroggin, Joyce and Fairy.  Don’t think I’d be getting that close to those deer though image

Thanks for taking the time to share.  Maybe when we’re home (and I’m getting withdrawal symptoms) I’ll put on a selection of my Aussie highlights ??

A couple more days LilyP - was waitlng in Melbourne airport for a flight to Adelaide.  We are here now and are heading to the Oval for some Ashes excitement (hoping that our arrival galvanises the boysimage).  Then a full day here tomorrow and hop on a plane home late evening.  Loved Melbourne (we’ve loved everywhere image) - the State Library, the possums, the fairy penguins out on St Kilda pier, the laneways, the bustle of the place and the trams.  All just wonderful

    Amazing photos Liri and Chicky.

How can you lie there and think of England

  • Looking forward to seeing your Aussie ones when you get back, Chicky!  Hope your presence at the cricket has the desired effect...

Won’t win the match Liri, but they played well whilst we were cheering them on - an unexpectedly successful Woakes/ Overton partnership and then four early Aussie Wickets imageimage
