Alizwa did you plant in the ground or in pots? If you planted in pots you could move to coldest part of your garden till next month image

yes RB your tulips were beauties, why don't you post the pics again to inspire us please x

yesterday I chose three packs! Not what I planned but they were cheap so couldn't resist! I wanted peach, orange colours for biggish pots for the front garden.  I plan to do a pack a pot and then source a strong peach/ orange to mix in on all three to bring them together. Well that's the plan this week image

  • B3 - great - hope they perform well for you.

Beaus mum - Np - I'm ordering from SR again this year once I can decide on which I like the best - very hard to do :)

Chicky - my friend had the vintage silk collection and they looked lovely and I think they were around at the same time, but I guess different locations have different conditions.

My plan for this week is to get my bulb order sorted out before everyone else reserves the best ones image

I've just ordered more Burgundy and Ballerina from Woolmans (20% off at the moment) these are the orange and purple ones that someone said they liked from last year.

I've also ordered two Sarah Raven collections Florentine and Brandy Snap.  Brandy Snap has La Belle Epoque in it which someone posted a piccy of on the forum and I really liked it.

Hope all the others come back from last year.  I'll just have to wait and see.  I underplanted a lot of them with wallflowers and forget me not last year but they didn't flower.  They should flower this year so it will be interesting to see how they turn out.

I'll be planting them all up on large plastic pots so that I can drop them into spaces and ceramic pots and then move them when they have gone over.

I've also ordered some iris reticulata and will be looking at daffs next.  Love bulbs they really cheer me up after the winter.
