Hogweed, it's things like the incredible disappearing gaps that could/should be explained now that they have the time available. I suspect it would be a case that the ground levels around the beds have been adjusted.
Watching GW last night, and pleased to see that they have been reading this topic . Adam Frost went into quite a bit of detail about the paths in the veggie patch.
I really do think the hour long version is coming into its own. There was the added benefit last night that the section with Joe Swift was just long enough to go and make a cuppa, without missing anything else!
Is it my imagination or has the noise pollution become even worse than usual recently? This 'music' plays over the presenters' voices. and I find it is ugly, distracting and inappropriate. It has been driving me up the wall.
I would love to see them produce just one episode with none of the music, to see what the reaction is. Would anyone really object?
In future I will be watching with the sound muted and subtitles on.
I like the music, they've moderned it up a bit I think. Sounds great on our surround system when broadcast in HD, perhaps it's not compatible with your system Alan?

It is nothing to do with my system. I would not like the music on any system, under any circumstances, and especially not when the presenters are talking. It serves no purpose whatsoever. It is intrusive, distracting and mind-numbingly boring,
When you visit a garden, why would you want music rather than peace?

I watched the repeat yesterday - still didn't notice any intrusive music
