I think any 'change' takes time to settle in. It's inevitable that some bits will appeal and some bits won't. We all have different experience and preferences. I just ignore the bits I'm not interested in. I do it with lots of programmes!

Although the Channel Islands rarely feature in BBC weather forecasts it is useful to know what is coming our way regards the weather. We are often on a par with London regarding temperature but with a sea breeze to freshen things up.

If I want to plan what I'm doing in the garden, the weather forecast is invaluable.
