Yes, same here. I've enjoyed them all but lst Friday's was particularly good. Lots of information and tips (I found the garden doctor bit especially useful for reminding me of some things I need to do), that rainforest garden in Ireland was ASTOUNDING and Monty just seems to be luxuriating in the extra time, which I enjoy seeing. The whole thing just seems to work so much better in an hour-long slot, it's the optimum length I think.

They probably taste as bad as they look! But I quite enjoy little segments like that. I don't learn anything from them but eccentrics are always entertaining. I might resent too high a proportion of a half hour programme being given over to inedible veg, but feel more relaxed about it with an hour ;-).

I'm loving the new format too - hope they feel the experiment has been a success and keep the hour format going ???
Totally agree. The latest programme was a triumph. Loved it

Oops, I think the discussion about giant veg was on a different thread, sorry!
They remind me of Lucien Freud paintings.
