Aym, it could mean that you have a high temperature from a coldimage. We had it a few weeks ago.

  • Calm and sunny here, 10 degrees, or more in the sunshine.

A lovely, calm, sunny day at last.

Calm and sunny in Cheshire too. Glad things have improved for you Joyce up in the north. You definitely had the worst of it when Barbara came to call. image

I hope you've all had a good Christmas. Thank you for your Christmas wish, aym.

It was mild, damp, grey with some rain over Christmas. Colder today with sun and a frost this morning.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

  • Cloudy and -4 over here.

  • A sharp frost here overnight - looks as if the sun might struggle out soon, with luck.  image

We got back from blowy Galway yesterday evening.  Not much to temper the wind on the west coast of Ireland!  A lovely break, though.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • Glad you had a nice trip to Galway Liriodendron - I have never been to Ireland, and won't now that I can no longer travel but some of the scenery is quite beautiful isn't it?

A beautiful, full sun day today.  Just 11 degrees and a little cool this morning, but that sun is warm and so opened the GH fully for a few warm hours.  I wonder if we will have a frost tonight though.

  • Yes, GD, Galway county is lovely and green & rural, with a lovely coastline too.

The promised sun made it for a few hours today and we had a nice walk to the shops and back.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
