Still windy, STILL dry! Went outside at 2am (dont ask) the forcast said cloudy, er, no, the sky was really clear, could see every star, warm inspite of the windy, 18d, my washing I put out at 6pm was dry even big thick otwels!
Hey Verdun, send your weather this way please - we are having heavy rain, fog and wind - and it's heading north. We needed the rain but Saturday is our team gardening day so it has been postponed until the weather brightens up.
The weather brightened up by 6 p.m. - too late for more than a quick deadheading around patio and driveway. At least we won't need to do any watering for a day or two.
A big currant bun, looks like a fresh stottie cake in the sky and what on earth is all that blue stuff around it I ask. Great North Run weather they usually get good weather for that and Mo will be trying to beat his last run. Meanwhile we in Stockton will take in the warmth of that mysterious Orb in the sky and luxuriate.
Yes beautiful day here in Wideopen, hope you have some ham and pease pudding to go with that stottie Frank . Just came in from the garden 5 Jets just flown past probably to do with the run.

Lovely after yesterday's deluge and high winds. An autumnal chill.

Hot and sunny today in SW France.
