Hello all have had 2 heavy frosts , both days nice and sunny thou - Lincolnimage

  • In a word - beautiful, but we actually had a light frost over night.  We don't often have frosts here, so it was a surprise.  There has been no wind, cloud or rain, just wall to wall sunshine all day. Gorgeous!

  • WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE PANSY! ??

  • WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE - LOVELY SKY, AND TREE SKELETONS.

  • FORGOT TO SAY: COLD AND DAMP HERE IN DORDOGNE BUT GLAD OF NO RAIN.

Drove towards the Black Mountains in South Wales this morning it was still minus 2 at 9am!

Was hoping to see a dust of snow on the Skirrid but the clear skies and frost on the trees was pretty enough.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

Yesterday was sunny in Dordogne after a cold start. Felt quite warm in the sun, no coat for gardening.

This morning is colder, -5°, ground is white, sky is blue.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Overcast today , light frost this morning and dry - Lincolnimage

  • Well GWRS you had your fair share of sunshine and now it is our turn down south - 4 days of it so far and more to come Whoopee! However, it now means that I am having to water my pots, tubs and urns every few days.
