  • Same here GWRS - overcast, warm and breezy - not lying on beach or swimming weather, so we had a walk on the cliffs instead.

Cold, windy and rainy here in North Wales - I'm in my winter clothes today! So disheartening. Had to put my potted tomato plants in the shed overnight.

This time last week, we were watering everything, had the fans going all night. This week I'm sitting in very dull light with the lights on listening to the rain and wearing a cardigan! I love this country's weather image

  • Cool here too, intermittent sunshine but mostly cloudy today. Walking weather rather than beach weather - buck up, this is June not March.

Well you never can be sure what the weather will be like from day to day. Even the forecasters don't always get it right. We UK residents have to be quite stoic and venture out with Mac, umbrella and

cardigan at the ready! Sometimes a pair of shorts can be handy too in 'summer' ?

We have had a lot of heavy rain in the last few days. Also strong gusts of wind and some thunder. A lot cooler, was only 12° this morning. Garden is looking a bit battered.

Wet here in Cheshire!  We needed rain after the very hot spell.  It is  very overcast here, no sky visible here since Sunday.

At least the rain has been gentle and not plant damaging but please give us a break now.
