  • Drizzle in morning and windy.  Windy and dry this afternoon, starting to feel cooler too. Still forecasting sleet for tomorrow .......

Not too cold today but temperature set to drop tonight with sleet/snow all tomorrow. I've put salt, de-icer and a brush ready by the door for OH in morning.

(For the car, I mean. OH won't have frozen-over hopefully!)

Stockton dry and sunny, no sign of the big storm as yet touch wood. It may well be waiting for me to go out later then ambush me all dressed for a summer day. Better wear my Teddy bear coat just in case.

  • Minus 2, a dusting of snow and blue skies here in the Pennines.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • The threatened storm yesterday didn't really reach here. One havy burst of rain & a bit of drizzle. Colder today but at least there is some sun at last it's been uniformly grey for a week even if it has been mild I prefer this.

    AB Still learning

Stockton Sunshine and calm but cold. We had sunshine all day yesterday and I did not fasten my coat as I went for my check up and Flu Jab, and no I did not scream when Sister punctured me severely, I think that was the needle it could have been when she stuck the plaster on.
