Ah! Barefoot! Of course!
Verdun, just watched a bit of Gardening Oz, you never warned us about that beard on that chap! Flippin' 'eck!

Surely nail scissors are the solution..?
Steve, I'm of the an age that when I get down I can hardly get up so no nail scissors!!
Don't tell me that our Costa worried you, Steve he is our equivalent to Monty.
Hazel, catch up on Forkers
Hi being an older gardener I have always loved to edge my three lawns every time I mow and
really enjoy comments of passers bye.
Over the years people have said we cannot believe how much patience you show doing this but to
my way of thinking a well cut lawn and edge gives so much satisfaction.
My father showed me how years ago and it was a lesson well learned.
I try to pass this skill on to everyone who shows interest now.
I really am enjoying Garden Rescue by the way and it was good to see the Northwood episode
when all was going well for the Rich brothers design till mother nature decided to intervene.
Still all was ok in the end which is true in most gardens.
Gardener John, I like well edged lawns, that is, a cut edge. When I mentioned edging above I was talking about edges like brick or even wood that sticks up above the ground.
