    @Slow-worm I like spiders, but I draw a line at a widow in the bedroom. I've always regular spider bites (with puncture marks) in my bed in my current house and I don't appreciate them. 
    Blimey! Yes I appreciate your wanting to stop getting punctured.
    A jar may well work though, then you can put a lid on and go and visit those neighbours you don't like.. 😄

    Males are quite a bit smaller than females. 😊

    I took the dog for a late walk after dark this evening. The clear skies with no moon means I get a great view of the stars from the dark area up the road. Walking under a street light on the way up there a bat swooped low and nearly skimmed the top of the dog's head. All picked out perfectly under the bright LED light too.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
