    I'll post this wildlife camera image (sorry, blurry) on this thread too, in the hope that someone might have a view on whether it's a pine marten or not...  previous images showed it in the "head down, bum up" position I think is more typical.

    @Poppypuss they're gorgeous! What sort of spiders are they? 
  • They are Garden Spiders, Araneus diadematus, although they look very different from the adults.
