I like Carol to over heared at the Hardys stand the Dahlia she said about on Friday Christopher Taylor the red one they had a couple they sold out in the first two days then Carol said it on Gardeners World and they had none one of the worse decisions the lady on the stand said to not have brought more
I think they do really well to make a half-hour programme interesting and (I assume) useful for most viewers, whether newbies or very experienced, so an hour can only be good news. Monty's probably the right presenter but different angles on things are essential - I'd personally prefer some more scientific / educational / technical stuff (eg I'd like to know what roots do, and how photosynthesis works), so perhaps an expanded format can encompass that as well. As the risk of trollling, can't see what another shot of a dog catching a ball tells us about gardening (much as I'm happy to see N&N - a bit), and I think Carol''s enthusiasm, knowledge and ability to get stuff across is essential.

Whoopee, an extra half hour of Monty digging up plants and replanting them.
I like Carol. She's fun, enthusiastic and knows her stuff.

I'm glad Carol pointed out what she liked and not what the nursery had a load to shift.

Too long. I will fall asleep, and Nigel will be exhausted!
Well tonights the night looking forward to an hour of Gardeners World tonight
9.30 is very close to my bed-time ... I shall record it ... just in case

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I hope Carol is on for 59 minutes...............can the rest of the gang fill the other 1 minute ?
