    Thank you.  The Pom poms are for sale on eBay,  they have a big press stud so you sew one bit to the hat and they pop together,  take them off for washing.

    I googled them just before I saw your post and there are some on Amazon with ribbon ties to put through and tie inside the hat.

    That's a lot of Crochet work and yarn involved. How amazing , I love all the little details like the holly and fairy lights.
