coccinella and Lily . I take my pencil and make several squiggles on the paper until it looks like spaghetti junction trying not to take the pencil off the paper .Then I look where the lines have crossed and see what images I can make from the shapes .Then I colour them .It is very relaxing ..
A few months ago I did a workshop on Kaleidoscope patchowrk using African wax print fabrics. After stopping for a new knee, I finally finished it. I'll be doing another in batik for a workshop at the patchwork club as this model left a lot of holes in my fabric after matching up the patterns in 8 different fabrics and colour ways.

I was just about to ask the same thing and I agree looks very therapeutic.
