Nice being the baby! Although it does mean I'm furthest away from retirement!
B3, appreciate the honesty of your confession, however I would be remiss if I didn't point out that this is a dangerous territory, and almost akin to tidying! I know by your previous posts you are well aware of the standards of expectations here and therefore can only conclude that you know exactly what your doing and I have very faith in your well earned position on this thread that we know as our home
I know that I've let the side down and I'm deeply ashamed. I will endeavour to be too idle to gain the respect of the illustrious, but not industrious, members of the GoS
Its OK B3! Just a reminder not to get carried away!
Its a blurred line, so easy to cross! Before you know it, there could be mayhem! You'll start edging beds and boarders, weeding, dead heading and before you know of...... Well I think we all know its a slippery slope!
Your friends here on GOS will help, talk out any ideas you may have about being constructive...we will deconstruct them and enable you to see its all a much better idea in our heads and on the 'todo'list, than actually considering setting about 'doing it!'
I would be heading out round about now to try to reduce the slug & snail population, but my son just let me have a taste of his Malibu, Triple Sec, Grenadine & lemonade cocktail (where did I go wrong???) and I insisted he made me one too. By the time it's gone I'm not sure I'll be safe with a pair of scissors...
It's a strange compulsion. Is there a full moon or even a blue moon? Maybe it's the heat. It might be the 1hour gardeners world, but I haven't watched it. It might be that the windows are open and I can hear the plants talking to me.
I have to admit to sorting through a cupboard full of old clothes and have thrown away 2 big bag fulls, all labelled size 10 to 12. I think I hoped I might wear them again one day. I am now size 16
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
