You're right that it's early Lyn. I assume your Dad loves his early cuppa as well. I keep leaving the site to play jig saw puzzles, and when I check back, someone ( you and Fidget) have been on. Very nice surprise since I wasn't expecting anyone for a while yet. I'm lonely today with Hubby being at a fire brigade course. The powers that be have decided that all fire fighters now have to do certain training courses and get qualified, never mind that they've been doing it for years. I assume it's to cover themselves for insurance purposes.
I just had a nice surprise when I was walking past the back door. One of the adult skinks is laying there looking expectantly at the back door. I've chopped some carrot for it now. We haven't seen them since that snake came around the corner a few weeks ago. Also, the three babies seem to now be only one. Well, what I mean is that we are only seeing one and it looks like the one with pretty spots on its back.
Hi Clarington. There were 3 babies a while ago, but we're not sure how many have survived. I think this little one is the smallest, because the one we've been seeing on its own is bigger. If you want to google them, they are called Cunninghams Skinks.

I didn't realise that it had one of the babies with her when I took the carrot out. They are more interested in sun baking than eating, though.

Good morning all
G'day Pat
I've just put the tomato seedlings back out in the small greenhouse - they spent the night on the dining room table.
Now for my coffee ........
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Morning Dove. Enjoy your coffee.

Another grey and rainy day . Very black on the horizon. Might finish the penstemon cuttings.
