Rained heavy in night , had stopped this morning then started again and is pouring down nicely image

  • Beautiful weather here for the second day running. Hardly any wind, full sunshine all day (so far), perfect for me.

Nice sunny day as forecast , so far , fingers crossed it stays that way image

  • Quite hot and sunny in my part of Wales at the moment. Could sunbathe but my skinny old body would scare the neighbours  image

Drismal here.   Yesterday OH and I sat outside to eat our lunch and it was warm.  Today started fine but is now grey and damp and cool.   Good decorating weather probably, given that the kitchen needs finishing and putting back together.

Very dull here in Renfrewshire but been able to get some tiding done in the garden. Got to take a chance while the rain is off.

We're in the Dordogne also, and have had  sunshine and cloud and lovely in the sunshine too!  But we've just had a thunderstorm with a little bit of rain thrown into the mix.  Strange weather!

Newark has had a spectacular spring - nay, early summer - morning and early afternoon but then out of the blue (or rather out of a very sneaky, fast-moving black cloud) came a sudden hailstorm. Thank goodness I had just finished my chores, cleared up all the tools and stepped inside when the heavens opened.  Now we have sunshine and showers so no doubt those pesky weeds that I have pulled up will be replaced by more thugs.  So, I shall just have to console myself with a visit to the garden centre tomorrow, accompanied by a very good friend called Visa...
