Morning all.  It started sunny but is getting very veryw indy now.  OH has helped me move all of the pots out of the barn except teh acer which won't cope with teh wind and I've watered them all - hostas; lillies, hydrangea paniculatas, clems and roses - and taken troughs of bulbs out of the shed so they can get daylight and rain and opened up the greenhouse to start acclimatising the plants in there - gunnera, fuchsias, more roses, acidantheras, hot lips and pineapple sage,

Now the wind is getting silly so we've come in for a brunch of bacon and hot cross bun butties;   We have a proper Neuhaus chocolate egg for Possum and little Milka ones for family nibbling.  I see Brits in the English shop buying Cadbury's.

Why?   Have they no taste buds as well as no social conscience?

  • Morning All,

Painted eggs (by Charlie) for breakfast and lunch, egg mayonnaise sandwiches to be followed by my Easter cake. image Handmade French chocolate Easter egg for afters too, even though I did have to but it myself. image image

Wet and windy and still more vinyl record placemats to second coat - how do I get myself roped into such things. image

Nice to see a bit of colour in the garden even if it is a bit cold and miserable out there, shame, it was beautiful the other day.

Hope you are all having a good Easter - Punkdoc, eat chocolate, sounds like you deserve to spoil yourself. image

    Morning all.

Chocolate egg has arrived, along with a sausage sandwich, heaven.

OH is taking me out for a walk, she thinks it is safer if I am not at home today.

    Have a good one.
