Morning all! Looking grey and breezy here but I'm off work so it's all good. Efforts to encourage his lordship along the route of DIY are failing despite the house being in various states of DIY SOS. Unfortunately I'm not strong enough to do lots of the tasks we need doing.
Morning Verdun ... I have a theory about Katies, Katherines etc, .... they're always quite feisty characters - Henry the VIII had a lot of trouble with several of them, Shakespeare named several of his 'heroines' Kate/Katherine etc and they were 'women of character'. Lots of them in history have feisty reputations ... and I know one who frequently makes her presence felt .............. but she's probably having a lay in this morning
Runny - Cornwall is gorgeous, in all weathers! And a large part of it is under cover - you can easily spend a whole day at the Eden Project and the food there is very good too. Have a lovely time.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Morning all. Dove, methinks foot shooting !!!! ...
Ah, but I got what I wanted, a feisty individual with a strong character for a daughter - there have been times when I thought, 'What have I done???' But she's turned out absolutely great in the end - things definitely improved when she discovered gardening
Morning Hosta, Wonky, Hazel, Clari and the rest of you ((hugs))
