    Morning all. 

    Nightmare night again. Totally exhausted , but I'm sticking with the " getting up" routine.

    Blowing a gale, for a change and looks like the heavens are about to open.

    Hello again everyone. It's now 7.30pm and we've opened the house up and are sitting out on the verandah hoping to find a cool spot. 

    Anazing that we are already up to page 4 ,  Dove. It just goes to show what a good idea it was to create a new one.image

    Not if he's got a snoring OH, nothing works, I have for a split second often thought of the pillow on the face treatment as a cure.  You could try a night in the spare room, Hosta, I don't remember you having this problem when he was working away.

    I wasn't off the booze when he was working away Lyn. I'm sure that's the underlying cause , but it'll pass I'm sure.

    Verdun - sorry to hear that Spike is showing the years - have you heard of 'Joint Aid' for dogs - a friend who has an elderly Border Collie was amazed at the difference after using it for three months

    Morning all ,very cold today , winters back 

    Going to a talk on Historical Buildings of Lincolnshire in Lincoln Castle this afternoon , not sure what to expect , some thing different image

    Hosta just remember, number of years ago a friend had problems sleeping and she sorted it out with a type of Yoga but everybody is different
