I had a cousin with an Old Farm house in France but he had a well that he watered the garden with

At moment just dead heading and general tidying up

Do need to reb steps to stream and restrain gates

    have a good day everybody

aym, have you put antihistamine or Hydrocortisone cream on your bites? I find if I put something on straight away they stop itching.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

One of my post grads was doing some anti-microbial work with tea tree years ago. Put me off the smell for life!

I second Busy L's suggestions (just watch the antihistamine doesn't make you drowsy... avoid alcohol if possible!)

The tee-tree mentioned by Doghouse, Muddle-up and PPauper is great for all sorts of things - even gross stuff like athletes foot and nits!! (professional rather than personal experience luckily!)

Drizzled most of the day so only did some paving slab weeding and cut some Lavender - now there's another fab essential oil! Bit more feminine too. Suppose could actually attract creatures though!
