Thanks Lantana and tootled, I've got them in pink creams too hey tigs I have lupins but not that much , the colour's are going to look lovely, hey the bees will love them too
Beautiful blue sky this morning and I woke up early. Saw a tiny bit of red, and wandered over to see what it was - tulips that were planted years ago, then disappeared. Pulled a couple of weeds, got engrossed in weeding. Came as a bit of a shock when OH came out and asked why I was gardening in my nightdress.
Later did lots more weeding, some potting up, moved a small birch tree and hacked away at a honeysuckle.
Had a wander around a local nursery this afternoon, was feeling morose though (little one hasn't got into our village primary) so didn't really have the heart to spend monies....

Been busy today
weather cloudy with sun here and there.
Car boot sale, came back with 2 plant pots for a pound each
Now with iris and can't remember what else
but had to be moved as I suddenly realised that there's no room for the sweet peas!
Planter emptied, topped up and a climbing construction made.
Now just need to read what DavidK says I need to do to them before they are rehoused.
Bulbs moved to under apple tree
Poppies down under apple tree
20 verbena dotted through the garden
Weeded, watered
Pricked out some annuals
Its all coming to life now
Hope everyone had a great day
No gardening, more rain, garden all squelchy.
Not warm either.
