Fantastic as always Berghill. You put most of us to shame with the amount you do  image

Took a couple today - Mr Bumblie was enjoying the sweet peas. He checked all the flowers out but kept returning to the almost spent one. Easier to get into obviously  image

Acidantheras are blooming now - they work quite well with Tiarella 'Cygnet'

Hi BM - did you mean dark sweet peas? I just bought some but thanks for the offer  image

I took a couple of pix while footling around yesterday. I have a seedling Japanese Anemone ( from Whirlwind ) which has flowered and has a nice rosy blush on the rear of the petals. The parent has pale green/ cream backs.  Not a great photo, but  you get the idea...

Picked at the weekend, have been pleased with the roses this year but a lot of black spot due to weather conditions. Not good for showing but great for low cut arrangements!

These arent really garden photos. They are various photos from our trip to Canberra today.

They built a special fence along the freeway to keep kangaroos from jumping onto the road. It goes for miles.

This is HRH pretending the cat is not sharing the back seat with her. The cat cage is on the right but I accidentally cut it off.

Heartening for you to see spring blossom Pat.

Googled 'wattle'  and see it's the national flower.

    LP beautiful bowl of roses.

Fairy, what is the variegated plant to the left of the Acidanthera and will it take semi shade?

It's my favourite plant in the garden Joyce - Phormium Cream Delight. Mine is in a west facing border, so it gets sun through the main part of the day.

They take a bit of shade, but you might lose the variegation if there's too much.

Turned your pic for you LP

I love the white fuschia. Do you have a name and do you lift it?
