    Thank you Joyce.
And thank you, Chicky. Everytime I have been in England I've searched for the seeds. Found 1 packet, Isotoma, sowed them, 8 came up but then they turned into deep blue Lobelia! Strange because they weren't the same as the other Lobelia that I sowed! I had a plant a couple of years ago that I bought in a pot when we went by car instead of plane and it did brilliantly, so I've wanted them ever since.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Thank you Chicky, that's great. I've copied and pasted the link onto an email to myself so I can order them when we are in Norfolk the end of this month. I will need more plants flowering in July and August for my Open Garden next year. Must plant more Dahlias too.

When did chicky move Down Under?....image image

    Cracking pix peeps. image

Took one or two of my Ligularia as it's just starting to flower.

This is the one obelixx was interested in, so if you're looking in obe  - it's multi-headed so it looks really good once the flowers all get going. The bees love it as you can see image

More of a gold/orange than a Montbretia orange, if that makes sense. The buds are quite dark which I think you can see in the second pic.Only drawback for me is that slugs love the foliage, but it's big and plentiful so it's not really an issue.

    Thanks Joyceimage

That's a lovely plant, Fairygirl...I really like the combo of the unopened flowers with the foliage...

I've been trying to think of a way to incorporate it into a new border I'm planning but have no inspiration at presentimage
