Some lovely Sunday pics from my friend's tiny city garden.  He invites the neighbours to help themselves to parsley.imageimageimageimageimageimage

A lovely splash of colour, Marion.  What is the plant in the 3rd pic?

Dietes bicolor, Joyce - a sore point with me.  I have had a plant for years in my grden , get lots of leaves but no flowers whereas my friend's plant flowers every year.  His garden is only one degree warmer than mine being he lives in the city and I am on the Gloucestershire border.  The huge plant in the Botanic garden flowers every year in the Warm Temperate greenhouse so I am going to dig mine up, put it in a pot and bring it into the conservatory.  It needs a Mediterannean  type climate.

Thanks  Marion.  It would need to be in my sun lounge then as the Scottish climate would definitely not suit it.image
