I'd love to never see snow, or even frost for that matter, ever again. We've got 2 weeks in Cape Verde booked Nov / Dec then 3 weeks later off to The Gambia, ( all hinges on the knee)
When we had our apartment in Goa, we'd go for 3 months Dec, Jan and Feb.

I will be prepared, extra wine in store just in case we get snowed in
I predict we'll have some weather most days if not all
In the sticks near Peterborough
Lots of snow - a hot beef casserole and a LARGE glass of Côtes du Rhône
But not so much snow I can't go for long walks with my dog
Billericay - Essex

Don't care what winter brings just want spring to come early

damn, that's it : I'm not going.
My prediction for winter.
It'll be dark and miserable and cold and everyone will look dark and miserable and cold.
If it snows, the nation grinds to a halt and everyone is miserable .
Everyone will just want it to end and warm up and get brighter.
Prediction over. for now.
I do like the changing seasons
Just as long as winter is short and not too wet. Can't stand endless soggy days. Get very fed up when the cold and grey and damp go on for 6 months.
