Plant Pauper, yours is probably the best way. I start with finger nails like a Chinese mandarin which end up bitten to the quick and I am starting on my toe nails by the end of the season.

Reading other blogs some Aston crowd are going to march on the BBC and burn it down, they blame everyone but the people who actually did it, the GBP, they have sent people from the bottom of the scoreboard into the safe area before now but did not do it for Aston, will they burn all the voters houses I ask?

I watched all the foot work in the dance off and Molly never made one mistake.

    Frank.

  • Even after all this time the GBP don't seem to have realised that the danger zone is the lower middle of the table. Depends of course on how many are left in but we notice year after year you get a "shock" exit at around this time when the underdogs get saved by the sympathy vote and one of the potentially good ones looses out.  Sorry to see Aston go but it was the wrong dance at the wrong time.

The comment boards are on fire, every kind of weird and wonderful charge being put forward as to why the BBC, Judges, Professional dancers wanted rid of Aston. They will not accept he danced a bad VW to a bad song or that Molly on the dance off did far better, or even that a lot of the GBP did not vote for him to stay. Poor Debby is getting the blame for many reasons the main one being the old ageist chant, anyone over 20 is defunct or should be?

Thought Aston Going was simple , it was not a very good performance and Molly danced better in the Dance off image

I was child-minding my neighbours' 11-year-old daughter for a few hours this morning.  Being the weekend, she was allowed to watch as much tv as she wished; so, I sat and watched with her several recordings of It Takes Two.

Though I'd hate to miss the real thing, I'd never seen this spin-off before and I'm not sure I liked it!  However, I was struck by ZB's performances.  She seemed rather hyperactive at all times, but most noticeably, she wore bright lipstick, colourful clothing and excitedly giggled, like a 14-year-old hormonal girl in the presence of males, when Gorka was there!

She so reminded me of Paula Yates!

Bright clothing!  She's usually in funereal black every day.

We like ITT for the choreography and technique analysis.   Helps us with our own dancing which is strictly amateur at one hour of group class a week but we love it.

In two episodes- out of the week's recordings, when Gorka was there, she was wearing colourful clothing (not her widow's weeds), bright red lipstick and her "teenager" behaviour was quite incessant.

When in his presence, her behaviour was strongly reminiscent of Paula  Yates.

She is 47 but doesn't look or behave it and is a DJ and has also been a kids' TV presenter as well as a former competitor in SCD so she's in a strong position to present ITT as she knows what the celebs are experiencing, knows a lot of the professionals and is good at hamming up excitement levels.   I expect she's also encouraged, if not required, by the producers and director to be excitable and the whole show is OTT, not just her.

  • Well I wonder who will go tonight.

I thought the judges were rather harsh with their comments to a few of them last night.

Some scores were strange too.........Debbie bening one of them. She made several mistakes and the judges mentioned this.......but she still managed to get some nines image

Thought they were very harsh to Jonnie.
