    Very nice pictures Verdun, is that an Aster F Monch? And what the plant in the bottom photo? the flowers look furry or is it just me image.

    I dont think them servants of yours are working hard enough Verdun . I can see some deadheads on them Dahlias, I wouldnt be surprise if their sat around eating cake all day image

    My garden is in a sorry state now. 2nd frost this morning, -4°, dahlias, salvia Amistad, begonias in pots etc. all gone flop.

    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Lots of lovely colour still in your gardens Verd and W'song image

    Took a few earlier from the back door.

    Lots of evergreens and foliage in mine - planted specifically with long wet, dull winter days in mind :
