Interrupted in my viewing of this thread so P.S Pdoc and berghill, such lush healthy plants in your gardens, I spied one of those Taxus standi -uppy -thingies in berghill's and what a beautiful tree Pdoc. I could spend all day admiring it
The blue poppy is a Meconopsis Himalayan blue poppy MrsG & Pdoc have posted pictures and Fidget grows them.
Winter the prickly thing is a Gunnera..in some places it can grow huge but if I water it well it produces huge leaves here but not gigantic I'll see if I have photo from previous years.
