Lots of my favourite treasures there Fidget - love them all, but specially the cornus kousa. Is yours a named variety ? - it has just the density of flowers I am looking for. We have a huge one in our village (about a century old) that stops the traffic at this time of year, but many I have seen have much less dense flower/bract coverage.
