Normally all the blooming flowers get all the limelight .....it's strangely dull here at the moment but some times this light gives great contrast to the colours

I took this pic when I got home late the other night - it doesn't quite give justice to the curious gloom and you can't see the moths but it had a quiet about it which I liked:

Hi Hefty, it's a corner of a kalmia latifolia - it blew out its pot a few weeks ago and the rest is a bit scabby
