Caught sight of a hawk as well, saw all the birds shoot off in different directions and thought one must be about. It looked larger and slower than a sparrow hawk, only caught a very short glimpse of it as it went through a gap in a hedge.
Pouring down with rain here today, lots of blue tits and great tits a single collared dove and I a flash of white from a chaffinch. Need to be brave and go fill up the peanut and sunflower seed feeders
Apologies for the poor colour quality of video, it is one of my older cameras and it doesn't like the winter much! This is what happens when the peanuts run out! You can almost hear them saying 'where's the peanuts, where's the peanuts'

Unsurprisingly, no other birds in sight.

We have a lot of LBJs, I have got the reed buntings sorted now but there are still some to go.
Interestingly, LBJs also turn up in the moth traps through the summer

As Doves post above but also Woodpecker, just one, but pleased to see a pair of amorous Wagtails and Huthatches.
The pheasants are sparing up in the field, heres last years brood in the garden, she had ten young.
