Stayed misty all day here. Moved one of my wildlife cams to get a better view of the bird table. Then got on with some tidying up in the gardening/potting shed, I can now walk in there without falling over something for the first time in years. Any way enough of all that, today's birds, in order of appearance:
Blackbird
Blue tit
Jay
Robin
Wren
Great tit
Sparrow
Starling
Long-tailed tit (fly over only)
Wood pigeon
Collared dove
Dunnock
Chaffinch
Magpie
Rook
The last three were a bit of a cheat as they were really visiting my neighbour's bird table of sitting on their roof, but I did see them in any case.
We have a wren that comes every morning and works from left to right along my bonsai display benches, checking the surface of each pot and removing the nasty unwanted little minbeasts for me. Lovely to watch
