  • Click on the last picture to enlarge then click on the fist pot of my new penstemons in front of the pelargoniums queueing to go into the conservatory and you should be able to see the blue of the Electric Blue Penstemons.

Lovely harvest, Marion.  I tried enlarging, but my iPad isn't cooperating.  I'm going to bed now, but will try to have a look on the computer tomorrow.  Night, night.  11.15pm.

Hi there Flumpy. Ive not long woken up and wouldnt mind a bit more Sleep, but once I'm awake, that's it generally.  Hope you don't get sick with a cold . Yes, I think spring really is on the way.  It's not a good idea to get too confident though, it's just as likely to turn around again.  In a few past springs here, we've had a late frost  which effectively prevented all stone fruit in the valley from developing.

Its Fathers Day today, so in trying to think if something nice for Hubby. The kids are not going to come down ( which suits us just as well - less food to worry about) . imageimage

They certainly looked like grapes to me. Looked a bit like Isabella, but could be wrong.image

  • Those grapes grow twice the size, turn pink and are seedless dessert grapes.  One of four varieties I have but lost the name.  My black ones are Pinot Noir.
