Will do. I think he secretly likes these challenges.

I must let Edd know that Hubby was the one who sent those messages to him (in my name).  At least between them, they sorted it out and I might learn a bit more.

Love the impressionist painting of you garden, Marion.  I've never tried acrylic. It looks very big.  What are the approx. dimensions.  My watercolours are usually on A3 or A4 Arches paper.

Edd, I see your sense humour is the same as my hubby's. ha.

The picture is 24inches deep and 23 inches wide. Pat.  Looks good in my kitchen.  Itt is another one I never tire of looking at. It has been raining overnight in Bristol again so garden is rather damp but brightening up a bit now.  I felt like a wet rag coming out of the powerful play I saw last night.  It was all in one hour long act so no break from the violence and bad language and left you feeling so angry at the horrors of war that live on.  A few hours in my garden are really needed this morning to calm me down.

Aah but all very useful,GWRS.I used to do all my own decorating in the bungalow as I was trained for six weeks by a master decorator for my job as a research paint chemist.  I will try to get a picture of my "Abstract" painting in the lounge which I painted when the bungalow next door after being empty for some time was finally sold .It is called "Celebration".  The 14 year old son of the family had rigged up a zipwire for his twelve year old sister to enjoy and my first signs of knowing I had new neighbours were from her squeals of delight.
