Dry and very cold here in Dublin, really would like a good blast of frost or little bit of snow, it would kill all the flu thingys floating around in the air. Just got rid of it and now we all have it again.
-5C at midday and bright and sunny so only the stuff on the road has thawed to a slush which will freeze and become a skating rink tonight as we're set to go to -8C.
Staying cold all week with more snow due to fall by Friday so absolutely no gardening but I'll get fresh air walking the dogs so that's OK.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

No snow here yet, but was -6° a few days ago. Hasn't got above 0° today and there is a biting wind. Son drove back up motorway to just south of Orleans and there was some snow.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
