    Hello Everyone

I'm looking for a bird feeder thats good for for birds(obviously he he) and bad for rats .

I love feeding the birds but my neighbours told me it was attracting the rats as they were climbing up the fence then down to the feeder to get the seed ,so i've had to take it down which has done my head in.

    Any ideas ?????

    Photo's would be great.

    Thanks

I have these, not near fences, grease the pole to stop the rats ans squirrels shinning up there and cement the pole in the ground.

    Hello Everyone

Its that time of year where me and the mrs have awakened from our winter slumber. We have had a check on the garden and we have sustained quite a bit of damage due too the storms we had ,felt ripped off shed roof, broken window pains fence damage etc so i have quite a bit of work ahead as well as getting the garden turned over ready for planting in the spring.

Anyway we have been buying seeds from wilkos ready for this years growing see what you think and any suggestions would be welcome.

Also i had wild poppys growing in the garden last year and managed to collect some seeds would you recomend planting them in the garden or do they spread to quick with them being wild?

    Thanks

    Hi Baz.

I buy my seeds at Wilko too.

Watch out at the end of the season when they reduce their " seasonal " garden stuff.

All seeds were marked down to 10p , even those marked ," sow by 2017" I also bought 15m hoses, complete with fittings and sprayer for £1.50 each. Packs of 200 plant labels: 20p.

    Great shop often overlooked.

    Devon.

What a lot of packets! You should have a good show.
