    I've been slobbing/chilling in the garden took a few photo's of whats happening . In a nutshell not much just enjoying the weather .

    Lillies look great and there is still 9 to open.Thought i'd move them here and they look the part

    Hello Everyone

    It's that time of year where we will say goodbye and say hello to Corfu for a couple of weeks but  here is a couple of photo's before we go.

    Sweetcorn was top of the crops tasted amazing gonna grow more next year

    You could let the seeds ripen for the birds in winter.

    Have a lovely time in Corfu. I've been 3 times when I was young, we went for our honeymoon. Beautiful.

    Thanks Busy-Lizzie looking forward to 2 weeks in the sun and I'm gonna leave the sunflower heads out for a few months so wildlife can tuck in.

    Hello Everyone 

    Been a while but now spring is here we have been very busy at the allotment 

    Lots of repair work ie fences blown down greenhouse moved 3 inches due to storm force winds window pains blown out but nearly all repaired now

    Been making new flower boxes looking foward to seeing how they turn out once packed with flowers 

    Also my Dad bought me a second hand rotavator and what a difference its made soil is looking great now

    We have just planted 110 potatoes as we seem never to plant enough

    For those of you who follow this thread you know i like sunflowers got loads on the go but this year we are growing a deep purple variety aswell as the yellow ones really looking forward to seeing them grow

    Great going sunflowers are good colour sounds nice - I am growing one called year on year and is ment to come up every year - will see, Storms have been bad that was a big move on the gh front

    Flower planter sounds good where will it go?

    What a lot of potatoes  -easy maintenance

    Went to allotment today too

    Hi GG

    We only noticed the greenhouse about a week ago that it had moved couldnt believe by how much . Gonna get some 4ft metal poles with a hook on and reinforce even more just hope i can get them all the way down.

    Hows your allotment coming on any new plans this year for it
