Hia Busy Lizzie im hoping ive got enough flowers in the tower but we will see . I honestly had no idea the clematis survived but im glad it has as it should spread even more now
Just had a quick check on the garden because yesterday when I planted the beetroot and turnips out they limped very badly and I thought they were done for but when i went up today they are starting to stand up so phew on that .Also this rain and mild weather should do all our gardens the world of good
Wow! I am really impressed with your allotment. My husband and I got an allotment last year and did some planting, but nothing on the scale like what you have achieved. Well done, it looks as though you all are really enjoying planting.
Firstly, love your dogs, what cuties! We are planning to plant tomatoes tomorrow. Good to hear about your beetroot. We are afraid to plant ours out at present as they look really limp.
Such a steep learning curve for me but our allotment colleagues are really helpful.
Starting to plant the flowers out now we are filling the boxes first and will be doing the hanging baskets during the week .
The big box has Petunia , Pansies and Lobellia . The small box has a chrysanthemum French marigolds pansies sweet Williams and another can't remember the name oops he he. Then there is the petunia tower which is looking like its gonna be ok

Hello Everyone
Well I've planted petunia plugs in our petunia tower I hope I've done it right please feel free to tell me if I have or have not
Also I planted a clematis last year and I thought it died away but have a look at this
There is 3 flower buds on it I only noticed it as I was cutting back the tree that was coming through the fence.
Thanks
