Love your dark Sunflowers Baz. Mine are flowering now, and with multiple heads too. My Sweet Peas have been really good. I agree Baz, everything does seem to be much farther along than in other years.
Hi Nanny beach i have to be honest we didnt think our sweetpeas were gonna do anything as they seemed to struggle growing but when we came back off our holidays they were ok and we are happy with them .
Next year we are gonna put them were we have the sunflowers we are hopefully gonna cover that side of the garden with and they should look impressive.
Hello Everyone Hope you are all keeping well. Me and Hels have finally been to the garden for the first time this year due to a terrible winter and we have had to get a move on. We have started planting this years seeds mainly veg doing flower seeds next weekend I'll let you know which flowers we are trying this year in our next post. Ive turned the soil over with my rotavator(greatest thing ever invented for gardening he he). Soil is looking great so i suppose the bad winter has done it some good. Ill be giving it a good paint to get it looking good again Thanks Baz n Hels
My veg garden still isn't workable, we've had almost constant rain. Today it's 4° and tipping, expect better in SW France. Daffodils are all battered by wind and rain.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Hello Everyone how have you all been . Haven't been on here for a while as I got struck down with bladder cancer last year but I'm on the mend and im ready to get stuck into the allotment so as the year goes on ill start posting photos for you to see what me and the Mrs are up to Thanks Baz n Hels
