Sorry I'm so late posting pics of West Acre. It was lovely to see the TWIGS again. It was very overcast so pics are a little bit colourless.
First the stately home in the grounds, and I'm sure there is a mad woman in the attic - it just has that look
The plant Nursery that is always there
We all loved this huge old brick wall.
I'm not a huge fan of grasses, but these were spectacular.
As far as I understand, we were there on Autumn Colour Day, which means that lots of other small Nurseries turn up and lay out stands with their, often, very specialist plants.

...lunch, can't name the gang above as can't see pics till I 'submit reply'.
And now for Panda who wanted a pic of staging;
...and one more from West Acre
So that was from left, Nutcutlet, Topbird, Supernoodle, Panda and Dove.
Wonderful pics everyone. Glad you enjoyed it and hope that one of Pandas plants is a hardy fuschia

Nut, on RHS site, re Akiba it says it produces seed head if 'pollinated by another clone'. I expect that makes more sense to you than it does to me.
Ah, well I've only got one clone. 2 plants but the same donor.
Have I got room for another one?
