Now we're all going to be thinking back and wondering which one you were .......... in fact, I did notice someone looking at us a bit oddly ..............
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I've got so many plants sitting waiting for a home - I'd planned to dig out at least one and possibly two new beds - but this injured wrist has put that on hold, so I restricted myself to two ferns for the 'Dark Path' down the side of the house - a little Asplenium trichomanes (Maidenhair spleenwort) and an Athyrium Felix-Femina 'Frizelliae' or Lady Fern - frilly variety.

I bought 4 Alpines for a rockery section by my front door (read small pile of hardcore I don't seem to be able to get rid of) - Silene uniflora Druetts Varigated, Sempervivum arachnoideum, Crassula milfordiae sedifolia and Sedum coca cola. Bigger plants are Micanthus 'Stictus', Cyperus Involucrata (for which I will be creating a damp place!) Fuchia Silver Lining and Panicum Virgatum 'Praire Sky'.

What lovely pics, loved the grasses.
Panda your plants look great.
So glad you all had a lovely time, thanks for sharing your pics.
Just out of interest, what plants did you all buy?
I think I can make out a miscanthus strictus on the train but don't recognise the others...

They both look quite cool and spooky! Should look well on The Dark Path I imagine
