I hope the drops help the pain, dread to think what it must be like for you if the pain carries on for the 5 weeks. Or has the pain gone now? Hugs and best wishes from me too.

Oh Verdun, that's so very sad - thinking of all who loved her image

So sad - such a tragedy for one so young.  My heart goes out to her family and friends.

  • Awful news Verdun, such a shame for one so young. So difficult to accept for the family too.

Today is the 30th anniversary of my mum's death, road accident, she was only 47 with 4 children, my poor youngest brother was only 12. Can't believe 30 years has gone by, she has missed so much, weddings, grandchildren etc. Really sad that us siblings don't speak anymore, she would never have let that happen. As an only child and very lonely she was determined to have a big happy family, we were until she died and then somehow we all drifted apart. Makes me very sad & I still miss her so very much.

Hugs DD - its not easy is it? The happy memories are very special though, make sure you keep them aliveimage  Miss my Mum most days too - but determined to make sure all the wonderful things she did are not forgotten  ( not the sort of "wonderful" stuff that makes headlines - just the stuff that makes the world a better placeimage)

Verdun - I have just looked in here and read your sad news about your mother. I am very sorry but she had a long life, full of memories which are worth remembering and repeating to yourself and to others who knew her - and those who didn't.

Also commiserations again about the loss of a young life.

    Oh dear!!

DD you are lucky to have siblings (a whole family) to miss - not everyone has that option
