Hope your appointment comes very soon Matty. It's hard having to wait. ugs and best wishes.
Your poor Mum Yvie - very distressing for all of you. Hugs.
Lyn - I hope you and your family are doing OK. Hugs to you too.
Hope it's not too painful Frank. My Uncle has suffered with gout before and he doesn't touch a drop. Glad to hear you have been signed off by the surgeon.
Yvie what an awful thing for your Mum to hear A few days before my mum's first cataract operation the engineer who came to service her boiler started over a cup of tea to tell about how his Mum's surgery had gone wrong. He didn't get to do the service on the boiler !!! and he won't be coming ever again, another engineer came the following week, just glad I was there.
Matty positive vibes from me x
Great news Frank good to hear that you have received good care. Hugs for your previous posts about the care you gave your dear wife.
It's brilliant that positive changes are happening Verdun - just such a shame that they were needed and that your mum, and others, had such bad experiences.
But good on you for getting it sorted for her and for the others.

Hi all, sorry I've not been around to pass on best wishes, positive thoughts and hugs but sending them now to all of you who have poorly friends and relatives or who have lost loved ones........I can't imagine the sadness and pain you must have all face in your own way and I hope (although to some extent I suppose it's inevitable) I never have to xx
you know what guys, im not the biggest fan of the human race, but this thread and the way you all support each other brings me to tears everytime i look in, very proud to be part of this forum, best wishes to all of you x
I totally agree with you bekkie. I read the news and despair of humans sometimes but this thread restores my belief. The very best of wishes to you all.
