Lyn, I haven' t posted  but have followed your story... So sad, but Mum was where she wanted to be and you really did an amazing job...You have to go through the grief, but make sure that you look after yourself... In time you will remember her with smiles. Thinking of you. x

I've been with my daughter's family for the weekend and have just seen the news of your mother. You did everything you could for her and you enabled her to die in her own home. I hope your father is coping with the loss. I'll be thinking of you this week, which won't be easy for you with all the arrangements as well as the loss. But your memories will be good, knowing that you did everything you could. xx Liz

Please draw strength and comfort from the warm wishes posted above.

You did everything in your power, and more, to help your mother.

She is at peace now. I hope you can find some too. You truly deserve it.

Thank you everyone, for your kind wishes. You are such a thoughtful bunch of people.

Dad said he couldn't get off to sleep last night, He is going to miss her terribly, they were together for 70 years, that s long time!

I hope he can just get through this week. I have made all the calls and arrangements so far, he didn't where to start. I do feel for him, bless.

Thank you again for your kind and lovely messages and virtual cards.
