    Lovely pic artjack.

Lovely pics Beaus mum, didn't see them all before. Love the garden seat and little fence to match obelisk.

What a transformation Beaus  image  my word you have worked hard to move everything and in such a short time. Good timing considering the change in the weather as they will establish very quickly. I'm delighted for you  image

Still can't send messages, there is work going on by bt for faster broadband image so have to go with the flow, as it were. Using old laptop so have browsed threads - so much going on, frustrating not to be able to respond at the time.

Visited Picton Gardens on Sunday, beautiful garden, photos being cropped, plant names recalled (in case I'm asked an awkward question, like 'what's that one calledimage) just one  here to show

    v. chic not so shabby Archiimage

I have just finished one of my most hated jobs - cleaning the red and black tiles on the hall floor (oh for a minton floor).  Though this time I used a product called Lithofin tile restorer which really cleaned them well

Bearing in mind it hadnt been done (apart from a quick mop over) in months its come up great.  I can recommend it to those who have a similar floor.

Ive taken BM's advice here is a picture of my neighbours extension behind my shed

    image

It's difficult to grow anything by it because there is no soil around my shed it's gravel covering bricks.  I did think about putting a green roof on the shed but it seems quite a job. My other idea was to plant up some lightweight troughs and put them on the shed roof.  I'd really like to attatch a trellis to it and grow something along from the garden but I dont think they would be up for that.

Just to say there will be a hanging basked on the hook next year. The bbq is at the side so it would be difficult to grow there and I dont have anywhere else suitable for the bbq.  The pots in front are the ones I've just purchased for spring bulbs.  The space directly  in front of the shed is in shade all day.  The building you can see to the left adjoining the house is their bathroom and there is an area about 6' x 6' between that and the fence in front.  The fence is mine, the land is theirs.  It's a really strange layout because originally the house was one and was split many years ago.
