    @Skandi doesn’t look like lupin to me.. the leaves should look like an open umbrella..

    Hi everyone!!
    When is the best time to pick Maskotka tomatoes i.e. roughly 50-50 red/orange or full red etc??

    I have no idea about that type of tomato, if you are in england like me mine are only golf ball size on one truss yet. My Alicante and Roma won't be ready till the end of July.

    Pick homegrown tomatoes when they’ve ripened to the stage you like to eat them at ... if you pick them before they’re ripe you might as well grow dahlias and buy tomatoes from a supermarket. 🍅

  • Go for it Mark A. You should be able to harvest first fruits later this week or next. That is if you haven't already. I've got some good fruit - I just missed watering last week so I hope they recover :/:'(

    I read that the skins of this variety are quite tough. Any thoughts on that?
