Trained as a nurse, general and psychiatric. GP practice nurse for years. A bit of freelance gardening. A spell in supported employment for those with learning difficulties, a bit more freelance gardening.
I normally tell people that I'm a tax inspector when staying at a b & b. It seems to go down better than telling folk I'm a vicar which seems to make people nervous! Lol
Used to be a teacher some time ago, and now do a bit of this and that. Primarily a foster carer these days, but run a small property company and examiner for GCSEs. I don't need or want to go back to teaching. It is a mess at the moment. Sometimes think I'd like to get a job, and then tell them where they can stick it every time something unreasonable is expected, cos I wouldn't actually need the money, and someone needs to do something about the way things are going. Feel so bad for my friends who are still trapped on that treadmill.

Really Scott? I would rather speak to a vicar than a tax inspector I think, you just have to watch your p's and q's a bit more
