    I'm a Dementia Specialist nurse at a local hospital.

    Trained as a nurse, general and psychiatric. GP practice nurse for years. A bit of freelance gardening. A spell in supported employment for those with learning difficulties, a bit more freelance gardening.

    Finally achieved pension age. Now I just gardenimage

  • I normally tell people that I'm a tax inspector when staying at a b & b. It seems to go down better than telling folk I'm a vicar which seems to make people nervous! Lol

    Used to be a teacher some time ago, and now do a bit of this and that.  Primarily a foster carer these days, but run a small property company and examiner for GCSEs.  I don't need or want to go back to teaching.  It is a mess at the moment.  Sometimes think I'd like to get a job, and then tell them where they can stick it every time something unreasonable is expected, cos I wouldn't actually need the money, and someone needs to do something about the way things are going.  Feel so bad for my friends who are still trapped on that treadmill.image

    I remember you mentioning foster children busy bee, and was rather in awe.  I'm run ragged by a single two year old!
